The Life I Found in the Waiting

There's something happening in the moments we usually rush through. The pauses. The waiting. The times when we're not actively trying to get somewhere.

I've been paying more attention to these intervals lately, and what I'm finding there is changing how I see the world around me.

This week's vlog is about slowing down enough to notice what's been here all along, waiting patiently for us to stop hurrying past it.

Sometimes the most important discoveries happen when we're between spaces.

This is part of @alexunmade, a weekly exploration of creativity through slow living and the art of presence.
